UNICA-R is an automatic machine that derives directly from the experience and precision of its sister UNICA and is designed to check the weight of 34mm diameter cork washers.
UNICA_R in fact classifies "non-compliant" washers from "compliant" ones in 3 divisions: Conform, Heavy, Light.

MENU structure:
A sophisticated machine like UNICA_R inevitably has a number of options and settings.
Setup, Calibrations, Variables, Testing etc. are all functions managed by a simple and intuitive HMI (Hunan Machine Interface) MENU. This type of interface allows the maintenance of the machine in optimal conditions even without the use of specific equipment and easy operation.

CONFIGURABLE
The software of UNICA has been studied in order to adapt itself to the different configurations made necessary by the different needs of the customers.
The result is a single software able to manage any Hardware and Mechanical configuration (including that of it's sister UNICA), allowing compatibility of future developments to all machines, regardless of their configuration.
